Attempts to fix is a defined element of the Lemon Law. Often a manufacturer will buy back a car before the Lemon Law is invoked, for persistent, polite people. I'd get familiar with your federal and state Lemon provisions.
And as Ian Glenday points out, you should be talking to the local Saab zone service rep. Another dealer is a good suggestion too.
