I know about the body-colored door handles, new trim levels, interior appearance changes but I searched on-line and could not find the list of improvements "under the skin" of the 2006 9-3. Are there there any gearing, suspension, steering changes as I suspect (on the carrryover 2.0 T)?
The reason I ask is because I'm considering a 2005 9-3 Arc with manual transmission, and I noticed that the EPA fuel economy estimates are 22 City / 32 Highway whereas the 2006 2.0 T manual is listed at 22/31. The 2005 automatic is 21/28 while the 2006 automatic is 22/31
Thanks,
Atul
