I told the Saab guy about the trunk, and he said you have to unlock the doors first, then the trunk, for security purposes (this made no sense to me). I will have to try that trunk stop thing - that's the first I heard about it.

Also - the noise could be two things - there is a distinct turbo whine when it spools at certain RPM's - I find it happens when my foot is aobut 80% on the gas or so. however, this morning I noticed a new noise when my radio was turned down, which was a high-pitched noise when I stepped lightly on the gas - not sure what this is yet.
