I think you have the wrong idea about Sweden's climate ;)
Yes, it's cold and snowy in winter, but not in summer. MANY people alternate between winter and summer tires there.
I live just a bit farther south, in Denmark, and the majority of people with sporty cars use summer tires during most of the year. I'd never use "no-season" tires. They are inferior to winter tires in winter and summer tires in summer. Too much of a compromise for my taste. You can never have too good tires. Better tires -> shorter braking distance, better launching and better handling.
You don't need to race a car on the track to appreciate that. :)
