I have the 2006 9-3...and other than the fact that the dealer employees are completely useless and there is no Bluetooth, I love the car. I had the Motorola HF850 installed and I really like it. It cuts the radio out and the reception is good.
I would caution everyone though, the 2006 edition has Fibre Optic cables at the back of the radio which made the integration difficult to say the least. I would suggest the Parrot 3100 instead as it is better when working with the cars radio inputs.
At the end of the whole experience it would have cost the same and been a better solution...but I am happy with what I have.
