I bought a 06 Aero two months ago, and it's has been at the dealer more than with me!! The day I pick it up- the windows won;t go up; 5 days to fix.

Gte it home finally, and there is wax all over the trim, and I'm not talking a little either. Send it back to get that cleaned and some computer adjustments made- and they inform me that some brake component is bad and unsafe to drive. TWO WEEKS later I have it back. Still has wax, and the computer adjustments were NOT made.

Who? - Roger Beasley Saab in Austin, TX. I say their name, becasue there is good news too. No hassle, loaner 9.3 (2.slow), car cleaned and they delivered it back both times (I live an hour away). The buying expeience was also good. I really don;t have a problem with them.

So, what would you do? Call the service manager - done. He's apoligetic, but still! Call the GM? Call SAAB?

And one other thing that really ticks me off - I would be FINE if I could only get a "Born from jets" poster. It's like trying to get a kidney from them. What is so hard about pulling the one off of some office!?

The wax - it's a brand new car and I did not get the wax on plastic option. I'm inclined to tell them to replace all of the trim.
