The main concern with adding e85 to the car is that your seals can not withstand the ethanol and will break down. You can do an engine treatment to prevent this from happening. I've done this with no problems. You also need to put a piggy back system connecting to the injectors to increase the fuel to the engine to allow for e85. The piggy back system with the engine treatment works great. Do not use a conversion company that does not address the seal issue. My conversion cost me around $500.
