I've purchased a door panel wood grain kit from Saab to install in my '04 Arc (the wood is a softer tone that Saab uses in their European cars). I've not installed it yet, looking for warmer weather and a free day. An earlier post on this site seems to provide a lot of good information on removing the door panels:
