I have had my 06 in the shop 4 times so far for little things , never have they been able to fix it the day of the appointment. They have always needed to order parts that took anywhere from 24 hours to 8 weeks to get. fortunately none of it kept me off the road.

The other day my windshield was cracked by a road stone, the dealer gave me the price and said he didn't have the glass in stock then went on to say there was no Saab glass for my car in the country. They will call me back when he gets a delivery date. Unbelievable and unacceptable. I had always been warned about the high cost of maintenance not the lack of parts availability. sorry to highjack your thread, didn't mean to.
