I assume the sticker for this car is $30,645 so according to edmunds and kbb, the invoice price is ~$29,017. Take off the $4000 incentive, $500 summer cash, and $1000 owner loyalty (assuming the car and you qualify for the last two) from the invoice, that gives you $23,517. So it appears that the dealer is already dipping into holdback or other areas to get the car down to $23k. Will they be willing to go further? It's doubtful but you could always ask. However, is it worth it? To me it looks like a pretty good deal on that car, and if you like the car, it's probably not worth the time or energy to try and squeeze another hundred bucks or so out of the dealer. Instead, ask if they will throw in something like all-weather floor mats or something if you feel you need to negotiate a bit more.
That said, personally, I would look for a car with either one of the premium packages or the Anniversary edition. For another ~1700-2000 you get a lot more features (premium audio, memory seats, express windows and more). It's those little things that will make the car much more enjoyable and easier to live with for the long-haul.
