The largest Nokian supplier here in Michigan wants an arm and a leg for the tires, but they charge the same price for Coopers! This makes me suspect there is room for other suppliers to sell the Nokians at a much lower price.

Isn't the WR an obsolete model? Maybe this is causing higher price quotes for you.
