I can't comment on whether the price should be consistent from dealer to dealer, but you should be able to understand why the various dealers have given you different monthly payment amounts.
From each dealer you should get the following information:
1. The sales price of the car (i.e. the discounted price of the car.)
2. The residual rate (i.e. the percentage of the LIST PRICE that you can buy the car for at the end of the lease.)
3. The interest rate.
4. The list price of the car. (This might vary a bit because I think there has been a recent price increase -- so some slightly older cars might have a lower list price.)
5. The term (number of months) of the lease.
6. The mileage allowed per year of the lease (just to confirm you are comparing apples to apples.)
Items 1-5 above will allow you to calculate the monthly lease payment, or, in your case, to see why the quoted lease payments are different.
If you want to calculate the lease payment yourself using this information, Edmunds web site has a good description on how to do it. (To get the "money factor" used in the Edmunds formula, divide the interest rate by 2,400.)
