The Saab Exchange here in Chicago did it for me about a week after I purchased my 2006 9-3 SS from them. The TECH 2 tool is able to reprogram them to european specs. My headlight switch now works as expected, including the ability to active the fogs with the switch in the center "parking" position. This is my preferred method of having DRL's since I am not burning hours on the Zenon's.
