Hey John, hope things are going well up there. Here is the procedure to remove the dashboard...
-Remove both A Pillar Trim
-Remove both speaker grills and speakers.
-Remove the SID and the connectors. Remove center grill and there are two screws below.
-Remove the side covers of the dash. Remove the nuts behind the covers.
-Remove the airbag from wheel, then remove the wheel.
-Remove the column integration module on the steering shaft column.
-Remove the dash air vents, the radio, then SID control panel, then dash bezel, finally the main instrument unit.
-Remove the ACC or MCC unit.
-Remove the cupholder or onstar buttons. (pulls straight out)
-Remove the CD player.
-Remove the ashtray.
-Remove the front console storage box. Just pulls out.
-There are now 4 bolts behind all this that hold the dash in. Remove them.
-Take out the govebox.
-There are two bolts that hold airbag to cross frame, remove them and unplug airbag.
-Remove the front kickpanels on both sides.
-Then remove the floor console. Its somewhat similar to a 9-5. Rear panel just pulls off.
-Then remove the trim for the steering wheel adjustment handle.
-Unplug the headlight switch.
-Next, there are two temp senors on the side panel vent tubes. Remove both sides LH and RH.
After all that, it should come out. No need to remove the front seats, just make sure they are all the way back. Be careful of wires and harnesses that get hung up. Compared to a OG9-3 or NG900, I find it easier once its done a couple of times. Let me know if you have any questions.
