I'm not sure about the warranty coverage in your case but I would check if the battery had been changed and, if not, get a good quality aftermarket battery (the factory ones appear to last anywhere from 1.5 to 4 years but when it goes it does so w/o warning and would leave you stranded...if car won't start and you get multiple error messages and all the dials twitter and click...likely battery just died). Mine went out after 2 years. Also check the rear brake pads occaisionally as they can wear to plate anywhere from 20k to 40k. If you are planning on keeping the car for some time you might consider changing the "fill for life" transmission fluid if you are like me (and others) and are a bit skeptical of the "fill for life" concept. There is also an air filter for the ACC system that might need replacing...probably not good for the ACC motor if the filter is clogged w/ dust. There was also software recall for some '07's about a year ago so you could also check that that work has been done.

My '07 has about 33k and has been very reliable so far (except for the battery).
