I hope you get some kind of answer. I'm not much help with your specific problem, but I just wanted to let you know I've been running the BSR PPC Stage I in my '03 9-3 Arc 2.0T 6 speed manual since January '05. Granted, my car only just turned 23,000 miles and I'm very conservative with the use of the extra two notches into the red zone on the turbo gauge that the BSR programming provides. I also ran a JR high performance air filter in the factory air box along with the BSR PPC Stage I for a few years until lease end. I switched back to the factory air filter but then I bought out the car anyway and never changed back to the JR. I haven't ever felt any slipping from the clutch, and I know the symptoms. Way back in '80 I had a '68 GTO with 400 / 4 speed and the clutch was on the way out. I could basically rev the engine at will while at highway speeds until I had the clutch replaced.
