I installed a Parrot Mki9200 kit in my car. It gives me Bluetooth, iPod control, and a USB port for playing music from thumbdrives. To easily integrate it into the Saab stereo you need a GM-LAN interface module. Works wonderfully, but of course, does not use the steering wheel controls. Cost ~$350 for the two parts, a couple hours to install. OnStar and XM are present and working perfectly. Not that I ever use Onstar!
