David, I have that same complaint about the headlights on mw 04 9-3ss. The projector lowbeams simply do not have enough reach to allow you to see properly, the reflector hi-beams are fine. You cannot adjust them seperately. I have searched for a solution possiby a replacement light set that does not use projector (bug-eye) lights for low beam. So far no luck.I have decided to try lowering the hi-beam alignment so that I can use them all the time. I hope someone may have found a better solution.
These superb driving cars derserve better headlights. My wife drives a 99 9-5 lpt that has the best headlights I have ever driven behind. Saab lost thier way with these new projector(bug-eye) lights. Good luck. JIM
