I started my '07 9-3, closed the door to scrape snow off the windshield & was locked out of the car with the engine running.
All 4 doors had their lock stalks in the locked position.
My 2nd remote key fob wouldn't open the doors or the trunk, although somehow, it was able to consistently turn the alarm on & off using the panic button to activate & any other button to turn it off.
I pulled the 2nd key out of the remote fob & tried to open the driver's door manually. The key would turn the lock both left & right, but it did nothing.
Short of breaking a window, I called the police.
They were able to pry the passenger window open enough to get a rod inside
to press the window switch.
I've been driving nothing but Saabs for 30n years. I'm baffled.
