You will no doubt need a 1/2" drive Torx E20 socket for the caliper retaining bolts and a big breaker bar. Those suckers are blue-loctited in from the factory. If I recall correctly the carrier pins are 7mm hex. I would recommend one or two pairs of Vice-Grips for those freaking spring-clips and brake-line clips. A small sledge hammer or mallet is a good idea to beat the rotor so it falls off the hub. I use a plastic milk-crate to rest the caliper on so the weight is off the brake lines. If you want to get fancy you could get a tube of Lubro-Moly to smear onto the caliper where the pads' ears sit. I did this as an extra precaution and haven't heard one little squeak from them.

-1/2" Drive Torx E20 socket
-Breaker Bar
-7mm Hex Allen Wrench
-Vice Grips
-Mallet
-Clamp to squeeze the piston

I think that should get you through it. It's been a little while since I did mine, but I'll let you know if I remember anything. Good luck!
