Yes, I know you can lift up the front at least. I just did this for the first time myself a couple of weeks ago when I changed my oil. I used a piece of 2x6 and my floor jack and raised up the front of my V6, no problem. I assume the rear would also be ok to do - just make sure you're lifting frame. Also, be careful with those plastic jack points, the first time I used one I broke it right off. You have to be perfectly centered on those things. I would personally prefer a notch in steel over these. I have to find something that fits into the rectangle that I can attach to my jack...
