Wide variation in spark plug prices

I was checking prices on replacement spark plugs for the 2.0T in our 9-3SC and was surprised by the variation in prices for the recommended NGK plugs. Prices ranged from a low of $4.36 each to over $12 each - and every place I checked has a reputation for low costs! I was only looking for NGK's.

Another surprise was that one site offered a choice of OEM SAAB plugs, NGK, and Bosch. According to their site, the OEM SAAB plugs may be branded as Bosch. Huh? I would have expected them to be NGK's only. Their Bosch plugs were slightly cheaper than the SAAB plugs, and the NGK's were out of stock with no current price listed.

BTW - the best prices I found were both Dealerships with on-line parts counters.
