Gang,

I am a long time Saab owner and I must say there are some things I hate about my new 07 9-3 now that I have had it for a while.

1. It squeaks like a cheap rental. The seats, the center console trim, the door trim, etc..... Any where there is plastic and every where there is plastic against leather. It is very frustrating.

2. No mute button on the stereo.

3. The speed warning chime is not audible at all when the stereo is on and I have yet to find a way to increase the volume of the chime.

4. The passenger seat airbag light on the dash is very annoying. The airbag is either on or not I don't need a light on all the time. I am guessing the only way to remove the bulb is to remove the dash.

5. Why does the distance to next service always need to be on? Who in the heck thought this was a good idea.

6. The bottom seat part of drivers seat does not tilt back as much as my 02 9-3 and that was a very comfortable position for me.

These six things keep me from really enjoying this car in spite of how nice it really is.

Just wanted to vent........
