I'm in NY (Westchester) and my 2003 Saab 9-3 needed a few thousand dollars worth of work. I called Brownell Saab in Fishkill & Country Saab in Florida, NY and even Ramsey Saab in NJ. All seem to have a bunch of Saabs... If you're an existing Saab Owner, you'll get a total of 9500 for a 4 door and 11,500 for a convertible. I know that a lot of the deals had "Delivery by 2/28". Not sure if there are any more deals now. I picked up a $45K convertible with all the bells & whistles for $29,900 + Country Saab gave me $1500 for my 2003 which had 165K miles on it and had a good 2 - 3K worth of work needed to fix it.
