Do you have one touch up windows? also know as express up. If you do, it's the anti-pinch (finger protection) feature of that type of window causing it to kick back. There is a software update for the door modules that will make is less sensitive. Also you can relearn the windows by pulling the fuse or disconnecting the battery then reconnect and relearn the windows. On earlier convertables (I think 2004-2006) you use the top switch to learn the windows. raise the top all the way and keep holding up on the switch until the windows go up and down and you hear a beep. On the newer convertables, you use the window switches and just roll the window up and down 2 times just like the sport sedan and sport combi.
Also if it's not closing and you can't repair it right away, you can overide the system by pressing the window lock button for the rear windows (located on the drivers window switches) and when your pressing that button, raise the window your having trouble with. Pressing and holding that window lock botton will overide the anti-pinch.
