Ok, so the codes provided says that the car is misfiring all over all cylinders. So it is unlikely being a burned valve in one cylinder.
If the compression test is good all over, it is unlikely that something is going on inside the cylinders and combustion chambers.
It is also unlikely that all ignition coils, all spark plugs or all fuel injectors would all fail evenly triggering those codes.
I would look at fuel pressure and fuel volume delivered and also smoke test complete air intake system and intercooler.
If that is ok, I have a gut feeling that you might have gotten a bad tank of gas at some gas station and the quality is just not good enough to fire the spark properly.
I just had my sis-in-law 01 BMW X5 in last week with 10 fault codes logged for misfire on all 6 cylinders and multiple fuel trim issue codes. I drove the car and it seemed fine and I reset the codes and they have not come back. She said it started after she got a new tank of gas.
I don't know if an MI (Modification Instruction) lives on forever so that they do the software update long after the cars warranty is out. But I would think they would have already checked and done that as part of their fault tracing just to have that out of the way.
