This may be better answered on the 9-3SS Board.
Your 2006 9-3SC 2.0T already produces 210 HP. Upgraded exhaust systems will yield additional power ONLY IF you also upgrade the program in the engine computer. An exhaust system by itself will not do much except sound different. A muffler alone will not do anything other than sound different. The full system upgrade will require both a down-pipe and larger diameter "Cat Back" pipes and muffler.
The 2.0T engine uses an operating system in its engine computer called Trionic 8 which is very intolerant of changes made to the air intake system (i.e. different air filters). There are only two which will work without causing Check Engine Lights and diminished performance.
Check out http://www.genuinesaab.com for exhaust systems, air filters, and engine control program upgrades which will actually work on your car.
