Really rough idle, Stuttering

Hey guys,
I was hoping the hive can provide some insight that my 2006 9-3 Aero is experiencing. There's about 52K on it.
It basically started yesterday, but I'm having a really rough idle and stuttering. Almost as if it's misfirning or missing a cylinder. The vehicle is still drivable, but I don't to have that failure in rush hour traffic if you know what I mean. I know something must have happened. :) I'm having to really press the throttle down to get the clutch to "bite"....especially when going from 1st to 2nd. The car isn't throwing any codes.
I don't think it's the clutch since I don't see the RPMs revving up. I have had all maintenance on it up to this point, but I haven't had any plugs, coilpacks, etc. replaced yet.
Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions? I'm guessing something mechanical since no codes??? Should I just change the plugs, coilpack??? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
Thanks!
