Removed and re-adding both the CIM and the ESP module w/ Tech 2. Nadda.

Checked SPS (finally bought a subscription on Saabtechinfo!) and the CIM was the most current SW. Not able to SPS the ESP, which I thought was odd. Had never noticed that until now.

Ran a wire from pin one and two on the harness where it plugs in to the sensor, up to the engine bay, to the pins of the module harness (pins 9 and 10, as per WIS instruction), and could not get continuity. The harness appears visually intact everywhere I see it. I also checked the connection in the little plastic box on the pass side of the fuel tank. Seems odd that both wires would be broken or disconnected in an area where I could not see the harness. I guess what I'm saying is I don't really trust this diagnosis.

The cheapest option to the customer to continue diagnosis is to pick up and used ABS control module at a local scrap yard or get the one he has to see if that will rectify anything. If not, I'll be replacing the harness.
