Saab is certainly in rather dire straits at the moment.
As to whether you should sell? Well, that depends. Assuming Saab does go under in the near future, values will certainly take a big hit. Do you plan to keep the car a long time? Then it doesn't matter - I doubt there will be much issue getting parts and service for a good while.
If you are considering selling or trading your car in the relatively near future, then do it NOW to be safe. As I have a new BMW on order for late summer delivery, I sold my '08 9-3 a few weeks ago rather than take the risk. Bought a cheap car to hold me over in-between.
For some perspective, I was a pretty loyal Peugeot driver for many years. Peugeot pulled out of the US market in '92. In '98 I bought a '92 505 SW8 with 70K miles on it for $3500. An equivalent '92 Volvo wagon would have been more than $12K at the time. But I never had any issues with getting parts for the car. I finally sold my last Peugeot, a lovely '79 504D, in 2005 - parts for those were becoming quite scarce.
