If I have the timing cover off I always recommend replacing the balance chain tensioner. I've had 3 cars where the plate that holds the spring in the tensioner comes loose (its crimped to the tensioner body). It causes the tensioner piston to retract and for the chain to skip causing engine vibration. 2 cars had high milage (over 100,000 miles) one car had lower milage (still under warranty)
