If the other 3 windows can be operated from the driver's door, then the module is probably ok. You may have two seperate problems. The lock motor/latch assemblies are not the most reliable things on the earlier cars. If you pull the door panel you can check for power and ground to the window motor. Fuse 15 in the dash fuse panel supplies the greater amperage to that door while fuse 5 supplies the lower current.
