This is a question many Saab owner struggle with right now but be aware that the retail value will be very bad. Especially after today's news. Forget KBB or Nada. Some dealers may not want to take them as trade in at all.
I doubt you will get anywhere close to to $20K for this car.
I also have a 2006 Aero convertible (fully loaded) which I bought over one year ago with less then 50K miles. Back then I only paid $15k including TTL for this car. I guess now I would be happy to get more than $10K for it.
The biggest problem right now is the supply with spare parts and I hope this will be resolved sometime soon.
