One problem is that we don't even know if the codes are properly deciphered by the generic scanner they use.
I would find a Saab shop where they could use the Tech 2 scanner and dry run the throttle back and forth and check for if anything is wrong with the mechanical portion of the gears inside throttle.
I've had one Saab and one Volvo having problems with the plastic gears.
The Saab one was making a crunching noise and the butterfly would jump when moving over the bad teeth during a dry run.
