You need to update the software/Service Program System for your CIM. Your experienced fault is one specifically addressed item in the updated CIM software description. Usually effects all 03 and 04s at some point. Good time to update software on all the major modules such as ECM, TCM, BCM, CIM, UEC and DDM PDM if you have antipinch windows.

Any "Saab dealer" with TIS2Web should be able to take care of you, or any decently equipped Saab indy shop. Must be using a Saab Tech 2, CanDi and have current subscription to TIS2000 or TIS2Web.
