Are these the Porterfield R4S pads?

I am looking for new pads/rotors for both my 9-5 Aero and Viggen CV. I don't feel the curent 9-5 pads (factory in front and ATE in rear) are aggresive enough after an incident two weeks ago, and the Viggen's front rotors are worn to the point where the grooves only ghosts of their former selves (in fact, for a while I thought it wore 9-5 Aero rotors).
