12755484 is for a manual trans variant which lists at $722.52. Saab shows 4 in stock.
12803492 is your auto trans version, $489.19 is current list and Saab has 19 of them.
The later year ('05-11) alternators are a direct bolt on, they just lack the pulley with an internal clutch.
If those prices scare you, stay far away from anything Porsche (911 996, Cayman etc alternator 99760301209 lists at $1925.86) or late model BMW or Mercedes.
