2.oT or 2.8T? Yours already has a dual mass flywheel and an unsprung clutch disc. That said, always replace a dual mass flywheel when replacing the clutch disc and pressure plate along with axle seals, slave cylinder and axle seals. While changing to a single mass flywheel and a sprung clutch may be different than stock, not sure if its really an "upgrade". Even a tuned vehicle that is driven properly with limited clutch slip on starting off the clutch should have the same lifespan as long as the clutch is not slipping under WOT conditions.
