The quickest is to install one in the front bank and see if the engine is running on all 6. I don't know of any reliable bench test that would be more accurate.
Hope you bought the Bosch coils ending is 112 and not any other brand.
Your engine have a fuel pressure sensor on fuel rail which can go bad setting off P0089 codes. I always replace that one first if I suspect any fuel delivery problems.
Your ignition coils might not have been the problem since a weak fuel pump can create massive misfires during hard accelerations due to lack of fuel. Since you replaced the fuel pump, maybe you fixed the problem with that.
