REALLY necessary to drop the whole bumper to change headlights? Posted by Ari [Email] (#2847) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Ari) on Sat, 30 Mar 2019 09:22:44 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
2010 9/3 2.0T Convertible.
WIS instructs to completely remove the front bumper shell in order to access the third restraining screw that holds the halogen headlamp assemblies on. Is that really necessary? Or is it possible to do one side at a time, and just push the bumper down a couple inches (by removing the bolts and clips on the radiator member, and the bolts in the wing liner/fender well), and get a socket wrench into the seam between the bumper and fender to access the restraining screw?
Thanks!
