I forget the exact sequence of steps but it is contained in the Owner's Manual. I had to do this a few months ago for the wife's '06 9-3 SC.
Basically you hold down the window lock button on the driver's door while exercising the window up & down a couple times using the power window button, listening for beeps to indicate maximum travel. I think the instructions are in the Window Pinch Protection description of the Owner's Manual.
The most satisfying 30 second repair you will ever do!
