Yes, Had all these error codes on my 2006 SAAB but not all at the same time.
It started with the engine light coming on and had P0686 and P0687 error.
When to the mechanics and he said I had problem with my radiator fan. The car never overheated and with the Tech2 he was able to run all the four speed. Also when shut off the engine I could hear the fan spinning.
He suggested to replace the main relay. I tested the main relay and it seemed good.

Then one morning, I had rough idling and bad acceleration. Looked at the code and it gave me P0302 (Fuel injector non working on number 2 cylinder). I could hear with the screwdriver test that the injector wasn't working.
Checked the spark plug, swapped the coil and same result. Checked the coil outside the engine with spark plug and I had strong spark.
Then checked the voltage and ground at the injector. I had 12 volts (but I didn't know at the time that at 12 volt the injector was off).

Ordered injectors and changed all four of them with same result. I knew that the ECM was the culprit.
Looked at the web to buy an ECM and saw a web site about cloning SAAB ECM and tuning SAAB Trionic.
Well I gave it a try. Bough a used ECM, a ODB to USB connector.
Read the all instructions how to clone an ECM.
I was a bit nervous but it worked.
The car is running like a new one now and gas consumption is lower.

I had also the fuel gauge going down when the fuel thank is full, although the sender was changed a few years ago, and while it didn't solved the problem 100% I have it only a few times a month.

There is a fantastic and active group of people working to improve the ECM and performance of SAAB cars.
Seeing that, and with SAABNet, to me SAAB is far from dead and very well alive!!!
