2007 Saab 93 Aero Convertible Interior Refresh

Hi There,
I'm thinking of buying a 93 Aero convertible with 101k miles on it. I drove it for an hour or so today, and the acceleration, handling, brakes, etc. all seem strong. The exterior has some scrapes, but nothing too bad. The interior is okay for a twelve-year old car, but the stereo and environmental buttons are chipped and white lettering has yellowed a bit. The cupholder doesn't unfold all the way, and there are little scrapes and scratches all over the dash, including a noticeable blemish not the silver trim piece on the glove box. The black plastic beneath the instrument panel is flaking or scratched, and the plastic trim along the top of the windshield shows scratches.
So, what I've come here to ask is if there are replacement buttons available? Can I use any of the aftermarket dash kits to cover up the dull and scratched dash? Should I even consider that, and if so, can anyone recommend a company? Is there anything else I can do to rejuvenate the interior (and is there anything out there that can be used in place of that cheap plastic center console thing that is designed to look like the emergency brake?)?
Also, the stereo seems rather anemic — much worse than what was in my 2004 95 Aero that I had five years ago. Can that be upgraded?
Thanks so much!
