I know that I did this replacement on my 2000 Viggen. I don't remember having a diagram, just my previous experience of doing this on my 9-5.
But your car has a different version of the engine so it may be different. One piece of advice is to only remove one hose at a time, use it as a template to cut the New hose to length, then immediately install the New hose.
