Thanks Jim. I am using the C-Clamp Tool with with notches to retract the caliper. I was able to get the calipers closed enough to install the new pads and rotors. After installing the new pads and rotors, I could move the rotors freely by hand. I thought I was all set.
Took it for a teat ride and both sides appear to not be releasing after using the emergency brake. I could feel the drag when driving.
Not sure if I need to get the calipers retracted more.
Could it be the rubber boots that the posts slide in? It is very hard to move posts. Should the posts move easily in the rubber boots?
