We replaced the clutch in our 2006 9-3 2.0 last Jan at about 177,000. My wife drives it mostly, and this is her first manual car so she may not be particularly kind to the clutch. It started slipping at about 165,000 in 5th with high boost at WOT. By 177 it was slipping in 2nd and 3rd accelerating up hills. I had my Indy replace everything* with Saab OEM parts I supplied, it costs us about $650 parts** and 900 labor.
* clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, FW bolts, master, slave, all hyd lines, rear main seal, axle seals. I want to take our Saab to 300k and I never want to touch the clutch again.
** I took about a year to shop around for the parts as failure was slow and easy to monitor.
