Finally did mine this morning at 91K mi for the first time. Very easy and quick. The threads were a little bit stiff coming out but I did some back and forth to free them up and all is well. Didn't have any issue but it seems to run a bit better.
The plugs were pretty worn. Color seemed fine. Don't recommend leaving them in quite this long based on what I saw.
