Usually two reasons for that code. A failing fuel pressure sensor or fuel pump.
Fuel pressure sensor is the easiest to replace first and it might cure the problem but otherwise it probably needs a fuel pump.
With the Tech 2 scanner, the health of the fuel pump can be studied by looking at fuel pump duty cycle.
With a new fuel pump it is usually 35% at idle and 65% at full throttle acceleration (WOT).
A bad fuel pump might show 50% at idle and spring up to max 94.5% at WOT.
