Hello,
Last summer I actually bought a 2006 aero manual with 199k miles myself. I did buy it as a parts car because of the immaculate interior. But they are fun to drive and I only have to pay for the parts. It had hydraulic issue with the clutch. I ended up replacing the clutch master cylinder and it worked. The other bigger problem it had was the shifter was extremely hard to move side to side. That ended up being the piece in the transmission that the cables attach to and moves the forks. It actually was very easy to change.
On the other hand I do have quite a few cars so I have only put a few thousand miles on it. The biggest debate at this mileage is timing chains. At that mileage they probably should be replaced. I have seen a few v6 were they jumped timing and bent valves. The problem there is mission creep. The easiest and probably only way to change the chains is to drop the engine. At that point you might as well change the thermostat while its out and take a good look at the crossover exhaust pipe that has a tendency to crack. Ofcourse while doing those things throwing a new clutch in would be wise.
As far as WIS I believe there used to be a downloadable version on this site. Any questions just ask. Good Luck, Bernie
