2009 9-3 possible blown head gasket?

I am having various issues with losing ignition coils on cylinder 4 and 1. Especially 1. I have also lost a Catalytic Converter. The car has 87k. I pulled valve cover to see about retorque of the head bolts but upon further research I realize the bolts need to be replaced? They are all at least 45 ft/lbs + I havent done a leak or compression test yet. There has been very minimal coolant loss. Maybe 4mm or less in tank in 6 months. I have smelled antifreeze. No coolant in oil. Is it time to just do the head gasket? No more good Saab mechanics close in Idaho after Michaels closed. GM dealer?
